EDUCATION

Hi, I'm Rychon Tokromo!

I was born and raised in Rotterdam by my Surinamese-Javanese parents, and it's a city I still proudly call home today. I achieved my BSc. and MSc. in Industrial Design Engineering at TU Delft. Here, I developed a strong foundation in strategic design-thinking, user-centred design, product development, and engineering principles.

I’m passionate about designing physical products that solve real-world problems in meaningful ways. I enjoy the challenge of translating complex user needs into tangible solutions—products that are not only functional and intuitive, but also well-engineered and thoughtfully crafted. A product’s form and function should harmonise into an enchanting artefact that works seamlessly. In my eyes, this is essential to a successful product.
